Pauline Hathaway – Principal

Pauline has lived in Karana Downs since 1988. After a very successful nursing career as a registered nurse and midwife Pauline obtained a Business degree and after holding positions in Hospital Senior Executive management for 15 years it was time for a change.
Pauline commenced her Real Estate sales career in 1991 and opened her own boutique Agency in Karana Downs in 1999 after obtaining her Full Real Estate Agent’s license.

When dealing with Pauline you can be assured of honesty, integrity and trust together with personal service, courtesy and consideration.

Pauline’s experience and local knowledge will ensure that as Sellers you will get the best possible price for your property and Buyers can be assured that they will also be treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process.

Pauline has 2 sons and 3 grandchildren all of whom live locally. Family is most important to her and you can be assured that as a client you will be treated with the same empathy.

Mark joined Pauline in mid 2005 after obtaining his license as a qualified Real Estate Agent.

Mark (also known as Bear) is no stranger to Real Estate. Mark has conducted his own earth moving/landscaping business in the local area for 15 years specialising in boulder retaining walls.

Mark brings with him good local knowledge and is committed to excellent service. When dealing with Mark you can be assured of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.  

Mark is a devoted family man and has 3 children 2 boys and a girl aged from 19-19. The boys compete in motor cross and the family all support them in these events. His daughter is quite artistic and is currently learning to play the guitar.
